Southeastern Archaeological Conference Annual Meeting

We have an excellent line-up of food trucks ready to provide quick, safe meal options for SEAC 2021 attendees. The plaza outside of the convention center will also feature a tent and tables, where you can sit and enjoy these wonderful  offerings. We will have three trucks ready to serve crafted coffees and breakfast each day, a variety of lunchtime offerings on Monday and Tuesday, and dinner options available during Tuesday night’s Music on the Plaza.

BREAKFAST (8-10 am):

Mr. A’s Beignets — Beignets and chicory coffee, vegetarian

Three Waters Café — Hand-crafted coffees/drinks


LUNCH (11 am-2 pm):

Cousin’s Maine Lobster — Seafood, gluten free options

The Mac House — American, gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian options

Yaag Sii Tenn — African, gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options
